Every employee is empowered to provide input into the design and manufacturing of each product and has the authority to shut down their workstation if they suspect non-conformities. Our employees work together and strive for zero non-conformities. If we receive a non-conformity complaint, we commit to identifying the root cause of the problem and definitively correcting it through whatever means necessary.
